How does the sync work?

Asana Calendar Planner reads your Asana tasks and Google Calendar events, matches them intelligently, and creates calendar events for unmatched tasks. It can also sync due date changes back to Asana when you move events on your calendar.

What permissions does the app need?

Google Calendar: Read access to see your existing events and write access to create/update synced task events. Asana: Read access to your tasks and write access to update due dates when you move events on your calendar.

Can I sync all of My Tasks or only a specific project?

Both! If you set a Focus Project ID in Settings, only tasks from that project will sync. If you leave it empty, the app syncs your entire "My Tasks" list in the selected workspace.

How do I disconnect my accounts?

Go to your Dashboard and click the disconnect button next to Google or Asana. You can also delete your entire account from the Settings page, which removes all your data permanently.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use HTTPS for all connections, store OAuth tokens securely, and never store the content of your tasks or events in our database. You can review our Privacy Policy for full details.
