Terms of Use — Asana Calendar Planner

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Asana Calendar Planner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Asana Calendar Planner is a SaaS application that synchronizes tasks between Asana and Google Calendar. The Service may include AI-powered features for task matching and scheduling.

3. Account and Access

You must authenticate via Google or Asana OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated systems to excessively load the Service.

7. Data and Third-Party Services

The Service connects to Asana and Google APIs on your behalf. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
