1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in via Google or Asana, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We store OAuth tokens to access your Asana tasks and Google Calendar events.

Usage Data: We collect sync logs (task counts, event counts, error messages) to operate and improve the Service. We do not store the content of your tasks or calendar events in our database.

Payment Information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide the sync service between Asana and Google Calendar; (b) authenticate you; (c) process payments; (d) send important service-related notices; (e) improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

  • Google: To read and write calendar events (Google Calendar API)
  • Asana: To read tasks and update due dates (Asana API)
  • Stripe: To process subscription payments
  • OpenAI (optional): If you enable AI features and provide your own API key, task data may be sent to OpenAI for matching purposes

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (profile, tokens, sync logs, settings) is permanently deleted. Sync logs older than 90 days may be automatically purged.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data through the dashboard
  • Disconnect any linked provider (Google or Asana) at any time
  • Delete your account and all data permanently
  • Export your sync history from the dashboard

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
